How to Send a Case

Use the Dentist Portal for the fastest case intake. Physical cases and digital STL uploads are outlined below.

Protocol 01

Physical Cases

  • Pack models or impressions securely and label them clearly.
  • Include shade, bite, and any notes that affect design or seating.
  • Use the Dentist Portal or contact the lab if the case is time sensitive.
Protocol 02

Digital STL Uploads

  • Export the crown or bridge files as STL whenever possible.
  • Attach the lab RX or your case notes with the submission.
  • If your software asks for a destination email, use digitalbetterwaydentallab@gmail.com.
No matter which case type you send, include the patient or case name, restoration type, shade, and any photos or bite records that help the lab verify the case.
