How to Send a Case
Use the Dentist Portal for the fastest case intake. Physical cases and digital STL uploads are outlined below.
Digital STL Uploads
- Export the crown or bridge files as STL whenever possible.
- Attach the lab RX or your case notes with the submission.
- If your software asks for a destination email, use digitalbetterwaydentallab@gmail.com.
No matter which case type you send, include the patient or case name, restoration type, shade, and any photos or bite records that help the lab verify the case.
